Superb Maids is a local cleaning company in Las Vegas founded by two childhood friends — Elena and Nargiza. Over the years, we have built our own quality standards, employee training system, and internal quality control processes.
Today, Superb Maids is a team of more than 50 professionals serving homeowners across Las Vegas and Henderson.
How the Idea for Superb Maids Was Born
Before starting Superb Maids, Elena worked as a lawyer and Nargiza worked as an architect. At the same time, we both had busy professional careers, families, and children of our own. Like many homeowners, we relied on cleaning help to keep our homes comfortable and manageable.
Unfortunately, finding the right cleaning company turned out to be much harder than expected. Missed or late appointments, rushed jobs, inconsistent quality, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service were surprisingly common.
After many disappointing experiences, we realized there was a clear gap in the market for a cleaning company built around professionalism, consistency, communication, and accountability.
That experience became the foundation for Superb Maids.
