After booking a move-in or move-out cleaning, we’ll confirm the appointment time and finalize the scope of work based on your needs. Our manager will review the booking and clarify all details, as well as assist with adding any additional services if required.

The checklist is established in advance but may be adjusted prior to the start of the service to accommodate any requests. The final price is agreed upon beforehand.

Once our team arrives onsite, they will assess the condition of the home. If additional time is required, we will promptly reach out to present available options.

Typical move-out and move-in cleaning includes:

Do I need to be home during cleaning?

No — you can provide access in advance, and the team will complete the job and secure the property.

Can cleaning be done if the home is not empty?

This service is designed for empty spaces. If furniture or belongings remain, a different service (deep cleaning or one-time cleaning) is recommended.

What should be prepared before the visit?

Ensure water and electricity are available (preferably hot water) and provide access instructions (key, code, etc.).

Do you handle hazardous contamination (blood, animal waste, mold)?

No, we do not perform cleaning involving biohazard materials.
